Terms and Conditions for Sponsored Solar Thermal Courses with Plumb Center (“Offer”)
1. Offer only available to trade account customers and to named holder only.
2. Promotion operated by Wolseley UK Limited, Harrison Way, Leamington Spa CV31 3HH (“Wolseley”).
3. Offer is only valid on solar thermal courses at the specified locations and dates (“Courses”). Wolseley reserves the right to change the dates and locations of the Courses. Uptodate course information available at www.wolseleysbc.co.uk
4. Offer subject to availability. Course places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
5. Wolseley UK Limited reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Offer without notice at any time.
6. The Offer is limited to a maximum of three employees from each trade account holder.
7. Each attendee who completes the Course will be issued with one Kingspan voucher entitling them to up to £150 off Kingspan Solar Products (only valid on selected products, check voucher for details) and one Sentinel voucher entitling them to £40 cash back (proof of purchase along with your voucher will need to be sent direct to Sentinel to claim cash back – please see back of voucher for full details) when purchasing either a Sentinel Frost Check or Solar Check Kit (exclusions may apply, check voucher for details) (“Vouchers”).
8. The discounted price is not valid if paying with eXtra points – customers may use eXtra points to book on the Courses but the non-discounted price will apply. Customers paying with eXtra who complete the Course will still receive the Vouchers
.
9. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions
10. Vouchers are redeemable on counter purchases at participating Plumb Center branches. Voucher will be retained by Plumb Center at time of redemption.
11. Vouchers entitle the holder to a discount on the products specified. The face value of the Voucher is VAT inclusive. No other purchases from any other Wolseley company are eligible for this promotion. Only one Voucher per transaction.
12. No Voucher is redeemable through any website owned or operated by Wolseley.
13. All Vouchers must be redeemed by 29 February 2012
14. No cash alternative available.
15. Only original Vouchers will be accepted – photocopies and duplications are not eligible.
16. Use of a Voucher indicates agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
17. The Vouchers remain at all times either the property of Kingspan or Sentinel (as appropriate).
18. Employees of Wolseley and its subsidiaries and their families are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
