Although we may not know it, heatpumps are very familiar to us – fridges and air conditioners are two examples. Air source heatpumps work by converting the energy from the outside air into heat and transferring the heat for hot water or space heating.
There are two main types of air source heat pump available: Air to Air - produces warm air which is then circulated to heat a room. Air to Water – uses the heat from the outside air to warm water which can then be used for space heating or hot water requirements.
