How to book on a course

1. Call 0845 2871970, quote your details, company name and Plumb Center account number.
2. State required course(s) and agree availability and timing with Sevenoaks Energy Academy.
3. Payment can be made directly to Sevenoaks Energy Academy by debit or credit card, bank transfer or cheque (If you wish to pay using eXtra points please agree course start time and call the helpline on 0845 603 5290 or visit www.extra.co.uk and pay for course using points)
4. Payment Terms (You contract with and pay SEA direct)
5. SEA Confirm Booking

• All courses require a 25% deposit to secure your place.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full by the morning of the course.
• Cancellation must be done so 48 hrs before the course to ensure a full refund of the deposit.
• Any cancellations made after this will result in a loss of the deposit paid.
