A selection of the walls in the north side of the building are constructed from Claytec. Firstly an unfired clay and reed board is used instead of a gypsum board and then a clay plaster is laid on top which allows the building to breath and greater moisture control.
The internal doors from Jeld Wen are hung on the North side of the building as rooms are beginning to form.
